James Baxter, CEO
Prior to joining MEDarchon, Baxter was Senior Vice President of Franklin, Tennessee-based Santa Rosa Consulting. In 2012, Santa Rosa acquired Nashville-based InfoPartners where Baxter had enjoyed a significant career in business development and strategic management relationships. In addition to information technology, Baxter’s deep experience in healthcare includes positions in the CRO and clinical lab space – with ClinTrials Research, Inc., and SmithKline Beechman Clinical Laboratories, respectively – and in the managed care sector with American Medical Plan. He is also a graduate of Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
Cassie Fleming, VP Operations
Cassie holds a BA in Economics and a JD from the University of Alabama. She obtained an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. Her professional background includes experience in operations, management, civil litigation, and compliance. As the leader of MEDarchon’s Operations and Client Services department, Cassie and her team are on a mission to bring innovative technology to the clinical space. The Client Services Team is driven to help clients solve problems and see the value that can be gained through the use of our smart, efficient clinical communication solution.
Matt Kroeger, Regional Director Business Development
Matt Joined MEDarchon in 2019 to introduce CIO’s, Quality Teams, and Clinical Care Teams to a patient-centric, secure messaging solution. Matt has an extensive background in healthcare enterprise business development and has been successful in working with people in various departments to better understand problem areas and introducing solutions to achieve their desired results.
Prior to joining MEDarchon, Matt was a Regional Vice President of Sales for HealthPay24 working with Revenue Cycle Professionals to enhance their patient payment experience. As Regional Sales Executive for NetHealth, Matt introduced PT, OT, SLP Professionals to a best of breed Therapy Documentation Solution-ReDoc Software. This increased therapist productivity, enhanced workflows, increased compliance, and increased revenues. Additionally, Matt worked as Regional Sales Director in the enterprise HIS space with NextGen and Medhost (HMS) helping facilities obtain their meaningful use goals.
Matt has a Business Management Degree from Southern Adventist University in Chattanooga TN.
Rochell Pierce, VP Business Development
Ms. Pierce joined MEDarchon in 2019 to assist clients in the identification and execution of solutions to maximize care team efficiency and improve overall patient care through the application of secure messaging technology. Prior to joining MEDarchon, Pierce served as the Vice President of Client Engagement for Trilliant Health (formerly known as Aegis Health) and as SVP of Market Development with Aegis, overseeing the Market Development roles of both employer engagement and physician outreach in all of Aegis’ market segments nationally. Pierce was a Co-founder and President of Trilogy Integrated Health Care, an owner, developer and manager of rural health care clinics and behavioral health programs for hospitals and communities. Additionally, she previously served as Director of Clinical Operations with both Psychiatric Solutions and American Psychiatric Partners.
Ms. Pierce began her career working in a clinical capacity in psychiatric hospital and community mental health center settings. She has since worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings to assist client facilities in the development, management and marketing of new psychiatric and primary care service lines. Ms. Pierce holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brescia University in Owensboro, KY and earned a Master of Science degree in clinical psychology from Eastern Kentucky University.
